- 120ml of milk
- 1 egg
- 12g of breadcrumbs
- Sandwich bread slices
- 2 slices of ham
- 120g of cheese
- Ketchup (for added flavor)
Preparation:

- Assemble the Sandwiches:
- Take 6 pieces of bread and generously spread tomato sauce (ketchup) on one side of each slice.
- Layer ham and cheese on top of three of the bread slices.
- Place the remaining three slices of bread on top to form sandwiches.
- Dip in Egg Mixture:
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg with the milk to create an egg mixture.
- Carefully dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated on all sides.
- Coat with Breadcrumbs:
- After dipping in the egg mixture, coat each sandwich with breadcrumbs, ensuring they adhere to the surface.
- Fry to Perfection:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a touch of oil or butter.
- Place each sandwich in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn golden brown and crispy.
- Serve and Enjoy:
- Once the Fried Toast is perfectly golden and the cheese is melty, remove them from the skillet.
