Chocolate Cake

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 120g sugar
  • 150 ml milk
  • 50ml vegetable oil
  • 150g flour
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • 5g baking powder
  • 10g gelatin
  • 50ml water
  • 200g condensed milk
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 50g chocolate
  • 40ml lukewarm cream


  1. In a bowl, mix the eggs with sugar and salt. Add milk and oil to the mixture. Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a skillet and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes.
  3. Divide the prepared cocoa cookie into two pieces. Transfer the first piece to the cake mold.
  4. In a bowl, beat the condensed milk with whipped cream, mix in the gelatin, and pour the mixture into the mold. Cover it with the second piece of the dark biscuit.
  5. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  6. Top with the chocolate and cream mixture. Enjoy!
