  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream


  1. In a small bowl, combine the seasoning salt, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, ground cumin, and black pepper.
  2. Sprinkle this spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 8-10 minutes per side or until they are no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear.
  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add the heavy cream.
  7. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce is heated through.
  8. Slice the chicken and serve it with the creamy sauce poured over the top.
